2.2.

Subject to these warranty conditions, we warrant that the Products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

2.3.

The warranty applies only to the product categories listed in the tables under “Products and Warranty Periods” above.

2.4.

This warranty does not limit your statutory rights under applicable law.

3. Requirements for the Warranty to Be Valid

The warranty is valid only if all of the following conditions are met:

3.1.

Promptly after delivery, you checked the Product’s appearance, quantity, etc. and, if there was transport damage or an obvious defect, notified us or the dealer in writing or by email within 7 days of the date of receipt or of the completion of installation.

3.2.

The cold plunge and chiller have been installed with a suitable foundation, plumbing and electrical installation, in accordance with our installation manual and with applicable building, electrical and other laws and regulations.

3.3.

The electrical and plumbing work has been carried out by qualified professional electricians and plumbing contractors, in a way that complies with applicable laws, regulations and standards.

3.4.

The Product has been properly operated, inspected, cleaned and maintained in accordance with the instruction manual and the maintenance guide we provide.

3.5.

The quality of the water being cooled has been kept within the range we specify (equivalent to tap water in terms of pH, chlorine concentration, impurity levels, etc.).

3.6.

The fault is caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, and not by normal wear, ageing, misuse or external factors.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, purchase order, etc.)
4.4.

Warranty claims must be made within the applicable warranty period.

5. Exclusions

Defects or damage caused by any of the following are not covered by this warranty:

  • Damage caused by operation beyond the continuous operating time, set temperature, output or other limits specified in the instruction manual.
  • Clogging, insufficient flow, pump burnout, etc. caused by not cleaning filters and strainers or by replacing them late.
  • Changes in appearance that do not affect function and result from the properties of tub materials such as wood, FRP or stainless steel (slight color unevenness, fine scratches, changes in gloss over time, etc.).
  • Rust, corrosion, swelling, cracking, etc. caused by an unsuitable installation environment, such as condensation, insufficient ventilation, direct sunlight, snowfall, salt damage or freezing.
  • Damage to piping or heat exchangers caused by inadequate freeze protection in winter (insufficient draining, no anti-freeze heater installed, etc.).
  • Damage caused by use, installation or maintenance contrary to the instruction manual or the installation manual.
  • Failure of electrical components caused by abnormal voltage or poor power quality (voltage dips, surges, incorrect wiring, etc.).
  • Damage caused by modifications or additional work made without our written approval, or by the use of non-genuine parts, refrigerants, control devices, etc.
  • Damage caused by combining the Product with incompatible pumps, filtration units, chemical dosing equipment, control systems, etc.
  • Water leaks, deformation or damage caused by faulty installation (poor mounting, not level, insufficient support, faulty waterproofing, etc.).
  • Defects or damage that occur after the warranty period has ended.
  • Routine maintenance that is the owner’s responsibility, such as daily checks, regular cleaning and replacing consumables.

6. Warranty Service and Limitation of Liability

  • Repair the affected part or unit
  • Replace the affected part or unit
