We offer the following products and services:

• Sauna heaters
• Sauna cabins
• Custom sauna design and construction (we discuss your requirements and provide an individual quote)
• Cold plunges
• Chillers
• Sauna accessories
• Booking system and software services for sauna facilities

Article 3. User Accounts

• To use the Service, Users must register an account.
• A name and email address are required to register. Other information can be added optionally.
• Accounts are either personal or business accounts. A business account can invite staff members and share its management with them.

Article 4. Payment Methods and Refund Policy

• Payment is by credit card or bank transfer.
• We do not accept returns of, or give refunds for, physical products.

Article 5. Warranty

• Sauna heaters carry a warranty of 3 years for personal use and 1 year for business use.
• Sauna cabins carry a warranty of 1 year for both personal and business use.

Article 6. Delivery and Installation

• Delivery and installation are carried out by us or by our partner contractors.
• Delivery and installation costs are provided when you request a quote.
• Delivery times depend on stock availability and range from a few days to up to 6 months.

Article 7. Cancellation of Bookings

• Bookings made through the booking system generally cannot be cancelled, and a cancellation fee of 100% applies.
• A facility may issue a refund in individual cases, at its own discretion.

Article 8. Restrictions on User Content

Posting the following content is prohibited:

• Violent or discriminatory content
• Sexual or explicit content
• Content contrary to public order or morals

If such a violation occurs, we will remove the content immediately and suspend the account.

Article 9. Limitation of Liability

• You use the saunas and related systems we provide at your own risk. If you have any health concerns in particular, please consult a doctor before use.
• We accept no liability for any damage arising from the use of a sauna.

Article 10. Account Suspension

We may suspend an account that posts content in violation of these Terms. The data is kept after suspension, but we will delete it if the User asks us to.

Article 11. Software Updates and Maintenance

We update and maintain the system from time to time. We will give notice before carrying out maintenance.

Article 12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising in connection with the Service are governed by applicable law. Disputes between Users, and between Users and facilities, are to be resolved between the parties concerned.

Article 13. Intellectual Property

The name “Saunature” is our registered trademark. Using content from the Service without permission is prohibited.

Article 14. Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms as necessary. We will announce any changes on the website and in the app.
