Charges in Addition to the Product Price

• Shipping (varies with the delivery area, size, etc., and is stated in your quote)
• Bank transfer fees (paid by the customer)
• Where a payment processing fee applies, such as for purchases at a facility’s counter, it is shown on the payment screen

When Payment Is Due

• Credit card: charged immediately when you place your order
• Bank transfer: please pay within 3 business days of your order being confirmed

Delivery of Products and Provision of Services

• Small items (accessories, etc.): usually shipped within 3–5 business days
• Large items and items that need installation, such as sauna cabins, heaters, chillers and cold plunges: depends on stock and the installation schedule (typically 1 week to 6 months). We will tell you the delivery date when we confirm your order
• Software and services: available immediately once the contract is concluded

Returns and Exchanges

• Change of mind: because of the nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please check your order carefully before placing it
• Defective or damaged items: please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item. We will exchange or refund it at our expense
